LILLI PILLI BEACH HOUSE

Located in a spotted gum forrest on Lilli Pilli beach, this project involved a full house upgrade over twelve months. This included extensions and the addition of a new ensuite and mastersuite.

The interior design follows the Hamptons style and includes a fun bunk room for the children. Other upgrades include a practical external shower, external dog wash shower and a garage extension. The finishing touches included kitchen and bathroom upgrades and new gas fire place in a stone chimney breast.

This was a techinical & complicated build as the house is zoned “flame zone” due to its proximity to the surrounding forest. The specifications for the extensions and upgrades were adapted to be compliant and the resulting build meets all of the standards.
